Staff Central Facility Management & Construction m/f/d

Your Duties

Technical Duties

  • Technical coordination to support the regional facility managers
  • Care and control of the overview FM maintenance and test setup incl. recording of all safety-relevant topics
  • Preparation of the annual maintenance and inspection plans
  • Organisation of initial commissioning of SV / SK examinations
  • Assistance with the acquisition of TGA master data

Business Duties

  • Inspection of maintenance and inspection contracts
  • Organization of supply and disposal for new facilities

Special Duties

  • Accompanying the technical manager in construction projects throughout Germany up to the handover into the ongoing operation
  • Participation of defect inspections before and after the handover of new facilities
  • Participation in the preparation of fire protection regulations and building specifications for new facilities
  • Participation in the creation of a central FM manual

Your Profile

  •  Successful completion of a technical apprenticeship (electrical engineering, building services engineering, heating, ventilation and plumbing)
  • Degree as a specialist or technician m/f/d (especially in the field of TGA) is advantageous
  • Experience in building/facility management, desirable especially in the area of social real estate
  • Good computer skills, especially MS-Office
  • Possession of a category B driving license and willingness to travel are required
  • High readiness to take responsibility
  • You are also communicative, resilient, and flexible
