The compassio GmbH & Co. KG has been awarded the seal “Attractive Employer Nursing Home Sector 2019” by Olav Sehlbach Consultants in cooperation with the Vincentz Network. This subsidiary of the SCHÖNES LEBEN Group participated in the survey with 30 senior citizens’ residences. Six facilities received an award, based on above-average results.

The questionnaire contains a total of 35 questions on the topics of quality of working conditions, leadership by managers, public image and profile in comparison to the competition. It was developed by the industry, personnel and market research experts and optimized through scientific test procedures. The employee survey was conducted anonymously.

compassio was able to attract the attention of prospective employees especially regarding the quality of working conditions and the public image. Above-average ratings were achieved in these topic areas. The results of the employee survey are presented in a detailed report for each facility. Recommendations for action can be derived directly from the strengths and weaknesses. These are examined and implemented by project groups at the facility level.
