SCHÖNES LEBEN Group expands in Bavaria: Official start of construction with groundbreaking ceremony for the senior citizens‘ residence Haus Albert in Coburg
The SCHÖNES LEBEN Group with its subsidiary compassio is expanding. The official start of construction with the groundbreaking ceremony for the senior citizens‘ residence Haus Albert in Coburg has taken place. The new building with a total capacity for 123 senior citizens is being constructed in cooperation with the ERL real estate group from Deggendorf. The nursing facility is scheduled to be commence operation at the end of 2020.
The SCHÖNES LEBEN Group with its subsidiary compassio, along with ERL Immobiliengruppe and representatives from both the political and social communities, have laid the cornerstone for the new building. The future range of services will include long-term care, short-term care, integrated adult day care and other general services. In small, familial living groups with their own kitchenette, the senior citizens‘ residence provides attractive, stimulating care as well as a variety of recreational and leisure activities.
The senior citizens‘ residence Haus Albert is impressive with its modern, light-filled architecture that blends harmoniously into its surroundings. Special attention is given to the design of the outdoor facilities. The restaurant on the ground floor will offer a range of high-quality dishes from its own kitchen. The facility is centrally located, with shops for everyday needs in the immediate vicinity.
Following the acquisitions in 2018 of the care specialist compassio in southern Germany, the Gut Köttenich Group in North Rhine-Westphalia and A&R GmbH with locations in Schleswig-Holstein and Bavaria, the SCHÖNES LEBEN Group continues to grow.
